  • Do I need to make a purchase to create an account before earning rewards?

    No purchase necessary. Simply create your account and complete the missions to start earning.

  • How do I know what rewards I have available to use right now?

    You can see your rewards in a few different ways:
    A. By logging into your account and navigating to the rewards page, your available points are displayed at both the top and bottom of the page. Locate the β€œHow to Use Your Points” section at the bottom to see how you can spend your current bank of points.
    B. At checkout, all rewards available will automatically display as a drop down box. Select the reward you’d like to redeem and voila!
    C. Your total points will display on the bottom banner while you shop our site. Click on the banner to reveal your points and any available or upcoming rewards.

  • Can rewards be applied to my subscription orders?

    At this time, our system does not auto-apply reward discounts to subscription orders. Reach out to us at help@geologie.com and we’ll be happy to apply it for you on your next order.

  • Can I use multiple rewards and discounts on one purchase?

    Only one reward or discount can be used per purchase.

  • Are there any rewards redemption limitations?

    Yes, exclusions apply.
    - Some rewards have a dollar threshold in order to redeem. For example: the $10 off $20 purchase reward means you must make a purchase of at least $20 in order to receive the $10 discount.
    - The rewards 35% Off For A Year and 20% Off For Life can only be redeemed for subscription products.
    - Rewards cannot be stacked with other promotional codes.
    - Free products can only be applied when you have at least one paid item in your cart.
    - Refer a Friend reward credits are only granted if your referral is not a customer with us yet.

  • Do my points ever expire?

    They do not! Save those points and rest assured they’ll be in your point bank for as long as you do not delete or cancel your account.

  • Who do I contact if I need general support with my rewards account and/or applying rewards?

    Give us a shout at help@geologie.com, explain your issue in as great of detail as you can, and we’ll be happy to assist.

  • How do I earn $20 for referring a friend?


    Step 1: Login to your rewards account.
    Step 2: Select β€˜Give $20, Get $20’ either in the footer of our website or under our Special Discounts located in the main menu (Refer a Friend).
    Step 3: Send your referral link via email, SMS, Facebook, or Whatsapp to any friend who is not yet a customer.
    Step 4: When your friend uses your link to make their first purchase, they will receive $20 off their $40 order and your account will automatically be credited $20 in points.

  • How many times can I earn the $20 referral reward?

    Unlimited, my friend! Let those referral links fly and watch your points explode!

  • How can I see how many friends I’ve referred and rewards I’ve earned?

    After logging into your account, go to the Give $20, Get $20’ Refer a Friend Page. Select the β€œYour Referrals” tab and view all your referrals with point status.
